Zong Internet Settings: 3G/4G & MMS Settings

Zong users can enjoy the fastest browsing experience and social networking sites due to flexible internet packages. However, they can’t use the internet if they don’t have proper internet settings before using the internet. You can use the internet by configuring the desired internet settings. Zong offers internet settings to its users via three methods: via SMS, manual, and via call.

1. Internet Settings Via SMS

Zong users can configure internet settings via SMS. Follow the instructions below.

  • Type “All” and send it to 2161 to get internet settings.
  • When you receive internet settings, enter pin code 1234 to install these settings.
  • Now, press the “Install” button to save these settings to your phone.

Note: The SMS is free of charge.

2. Manual Internet Settings

If you are an expert in using an Android phone, you can manually add internet settings to your phone. Follow the instructions below in this context.

Zong Internet Settings

WAP

  • Open the settings in your phone
  • Select “Wireless & Networks” category.
  • Here, tap “Mobile Networks.”
  • Now, select “Access Point Names” from here.
  • Enter the following settings in the prescribed fields.

Port (if required) 8000

If the above internet settings don’t work, use the following internet settings.

3. Internet Settings Via Call

If you don’t want to use the above given two methods, you can also configure the internet settings via call. Use the following instructions.

Call to 310 and ask the Zong representative regarding the internet settings.

Provide your handset model number.

Make sure that your handset is compatible with the internet and WAP.

Once, the Zong representative configures the internet settings, restart your handset.
