Warid users can’t use the internet packages on their handsets until they get the accurate WAP, MMS and GPRS settings. There are different ways to get these settings such as via call, SMS and manually. Here, I have listed all these methods to configure the internet settings in your handset. Remember, the internet settings are different for Android and iPhone users. Use the relevant settings to ensure uninterrupted access to Warid internet services.
Manual Internet Settings
If you have knowledge about the Access Point Names in your phone, you can configure these settings manually. Let’s start configuration of these settings manually in the Android phone.
Warid WAP Settings
- Tap the “Settings” in your Android handset.
- Open the “Wireless & Networks” category.
- Now, select the option “Mobile networks.”
- Here, select “Access Point Names.”
- Tap the “Menu” key.
- Tap the option “New APN.”
- Now, add the following values in the relevant fields.

Warid Internet GPRS Settings
To configure the Internet/GPRS settings, you need to go through the same categories once again.
- Open “Settings” in your handset.
- Select the “Wireless & Networks” category.
- Now, tap the “Mobile Networks” option.
- Tap here the category “Access Point Names.”
- Now, select “Menu” from here.
- Select the option “New APN.”
- Add the following strings in the given fields.

Warid Internet Settings via SMS
Warid offers you to configure these settings via SMS. Let say! if you want to get the internet settings, Type “Internet” and send it to 7342. To get all these settings, type “GPRS” and send it to 7342. Within no time, you will get the internet settings.
Warid Internet Settings via Call
You have another way to get internet settings i.e. via call. Dial 300 from your Warid number and talk to the telecom helpline representative. He will provide you with the required internet settings instantly.
