Suzuki Cultus Maintains Market Presence Despite Unchanged Prices
Suzuki Cultus, a well-known hatchback from the country’s oldest car assembler, continues to hold a significant share in the local market despite enduring multiple facelifts and generational shifts.
The third-generation Suzuki Cultus, introduced six years ago, has become the flagship model in Pakistan since the discontinuation of the second generation in late 2016. The three-cylinder 998cc vehicle, featuring Progressive Technology and Auto Gear Shift, combines aerodynamic design with the power of the K Series engine, ensuring a smooth driving experience.
In Pakistan, Suzuki Cultus is available in three variants: VXR and VXL as the base models, with the top-of-the-line AGS loaded with all available features. The hatchback is offered in various colors, including solid white, graphite grey, cerulean blue, pearl black, and silky silver.
With a fuel efficiency of 14 km per liter in the city and 18 km/l on long routes, Suzuki Cultus remains a practical choice for many drivers. Its stylish exterior design, combined with a spacious and comfortable interior, positions the Cultus as a vibrant option in its class.
Despite fluctuations in the car market, Suzuki has maintained its pricing for the Cultus throughout the year, unlike other manufacturers who recently reduced their car prices. While Honda, Toyota, and other competitors adjusted their pricing last month, Suzuki has not updated its rate list. The base variant, Suzuki Cultus VXR, is priced at Rs3,718,000, the mid-variant VXL at Rs4,084,000, and the top-of-the-line AGS at Rs4,366,000.
