ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court conducted a hearing for bail plea of Asif Zardari and Faryal Talpur for Mega Money Laundering case. A two-judge bench on Monday conducted the hearing and rejected the bail plea. The court also ordered the law enforcing authorities to arrest both the leaders.
Asif Ali Zardari, the former President of Pakistan and his sister Faryal Talpur have been accused in Mega Money Laundering case by using fake bank accounts. Both of them transferred hundreds of millions of dollars to their offshore companies.
In this context, the NAB Islamabad had already formed an arresting team and it has arrived Zardari house to arrest both of them.
Both the leaders have only one way to avoid arrest that is to file a plea against this decision to the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
