The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has convened an emergency meeting of the core committee to assess the information conveyed by Imran Khan, the party chairman, who is currently held in Adiala jail on judicial remand in the cipher case. The PTI is concerned that Imran Khan might be a victim of slow-poisoning.
The party has announced this development through a social media post on X and intends to release an official statement addressing the alleged “unholy game” against Imran Khan.
