Jati Umra declared as sub jail for Nawaz, Maryam and Safdar

Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz and Capt (R) Safdar on Wednesday have reached Jati Umra after their release on parole where PMLN leaders, other guests continue to arrive after the sad demise of former first lady Begum Kulsoom Nawaz.

Jati Umra has been declared as sub-jail for Sharifs’ who were released on parole.

According to family sources, the process of moving the body from London to Lahore can take three to four days.

The body will remain in the morgue until the completion of the legal process.

Sources add that Begum Kulsoom Nawaz will be laid to rest at Jati Umrah.

Former Punjab chief minister Shehbaz Sharif is expected to arrive in London to accompany Begum Kulsoom Nawaz’s coffin back to Pakistan.
